That’s why we created The Church Mechanic.
Think of it like taking your car to a trusted mechanic. You don’t need a lecture on engine theory — you need someone to diagnose the problem, explain it clearly, and fix it with the right tools. That’s what this new effort is all about: diagnosing what’s keeping your church stuck and giving you practical, biblical, manageable steps to get healthy again.
Built on Nehemiah’s rebuilding principles and 28 years of pastoral leadership revitalizing and growing churches, The Church Mechanic walks you through Diagnose, Repair, and Revitalize — from knowing the why to working the what and how, addressing change and resistance, and moving toward a biblical picture of a reclaimed church.
